Return Policy

We want you to love your Shoescoo shoes. If you’ve ordered the wrong size or have any other issue, you can always exchange or return your order for free within the contiguous U.S. as long as:

  • Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging.
  • Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Our company assumes no liability for any products returned to us that were not originally purchased from Shoescoo.

Timing

Once our warehouse has received your return, please allow 15 business days for a refund or store credit to be issued. If it has been longer than 15 business days, please contact us.

Refunds

All refunds credited within 30 days of the original purchase date will be processed back to the original form of payment. If you return an item that was bought entirely or partially with a gift card, the amount paid with the gift card will be credited to a new gift card. We cannot issue cash refunds for purchases made using a gift card.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within the contiguous U.S. for orders over $50. We also offer free return shipping for items valued at $80 or more - including footwear - shipped within the contiguous U.S.

Orders with expedited shipping that are placed after 2pm CT will not ship the same day. Please note that orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major US holidays. All shipping charges are nonrefundable.

We reserve the right to refuse free shipping for any customer returns.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your shoes arrive as soon as possible. Because of this, any changes to your order (including address changes, product changes, or cancellations) must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee any changes will be able to be made after your order has been placed. Depending on the amount of time after the order has been placed, order changes may be subject to a fee.

Production and Shipping Time

At Shoescoo, we start production when a customer places an order. This allows us to offer you the best prices by eliminating excess inventory costs. Please note that there is a production time of 3-4 days. Once the shoes are produced, shipping typically takes 3-5 days for delivery. We appreciate your patience as we handcraft your shoes with care and precision.

Lost or Damaged Goods

We will replace or provide store credit for any items that are lost or damaged in transit if the order is covered by shipping protection. For more details, please visit our policy page here.

Defective/Flawed Products

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any material or craftsmanship flaw, please contact us so that our customer support team can assist. Unauthorized third party purchases are not covered by Shoescoo.

Repeated Returns

We offer free shipping & returns to make your shopping experience with us as easy as possible. We also monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions. Repeated returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the addition of a shipping charge, restocking fees for future returns, or future orders being refused.

Final Sale

Any items purchased as final sale may not be returned or exchanged.
