Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. We want your experience to be seamless from start to finish.

How long does delivery take?

Every pair is made to order by hand in our Gaziantep workshop — it isn't pulled off a shelf, it's built for you. Production takes about two weeks, plus a few days of tracked shipping, so most US orders arrive in about three weeks total. We'll email your tracking number the moment your shoes ship. Planning around a wedding or event? Order early so your pair arrives with time to spare.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn shoes in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Because every pair is made to order, an exchange is freshly handcrafted for you and takes about three weeks — so we recommend checking the size guide before ordering.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How do I track my order?

Here's the full timeline: the moment you order, your pair goes into production in our Gaziantep workshop. During the roughly two-week make time there's no carrier tracking yet — that's normal, since your shoes are still being handcrafted just for you. As soon as they ship, we'll email you a tracking link, and delivery takes about 2–4 business days from there. You can also log in to your Shoescoo account any time to check your order status.

How do I find my size?

We recommend ordering your standard dress shoe size. If you primarily wear sneakers (like Nike or Adidas), we suggest ordering half size down as dress shoes typically run slightly larger.

Do you have sizes for wide feet?

Our shoes are a standard D width. However, full-grain leather is a natural material that will stretch and mold to your foot shape. If you have significantly wide feet, we recommend sizing up by half a size.

I'm between sizes, what should I choose?

Since leather stretches slightly over time, we generally recommend choosing the smaller size for a snug fit that will customize to your foot. If you prefer a loose fit, go with the larger size.

Will the leather stretch?

Yes. During the 'Break-in' phase (the first 3-5 wears), the leather will relax at pressure points and conform to your foot shape, providing a custom-fit feel.

Do you offer half sizes?

Yes, we offer half sizes for most of our popular models to ensure you get the most precise fit possible.

Tips to keep your handcrafted shoes looking pristine for years.

How do I care for my leather shoes?

Keep them clean by brushing off dust after each wear with a horsehair brush. We recommend applying a high-quality leather conditioner once a month to keep the leather soft and prevent cracking.

Are they waterproof?

Full-grain leather is naturally water-resistant but not 100% waterproof. We recommend avoiding heavy rain or puddles. If they do get wet, stuff them with newspaper and let them dry naturally away from direct heat.

Why is my shoe creasing?

Creasing is a natural characteristic of high-quality real leather where the foot bends. It shows the leather is genuine. To minimize deep creases, use shoe trees whenever you aren't wearing them.

Do I need shoe trees?

We highly recommend them. Cedar shoe trees absorb moisture (sweat) from the leather lining and help the shoe maintain its original shape, extending its lifespan significantly.

Can the soles be replaced?

Yes, our shoes are constructed with quality in mind. Any professional cobbler can resole or repair the heel, meaning your Shoescoo shoes can last for many years.
